Desired Qualifications and Attributes:

Ø 5 Years experience as a commercial lines CSR in an independent insurance agency

Ø Possess a positive, customer service attitude and strong problem solving skills

Ø Dependable with excellent attendance record

Ø Self-motivator, self-managing, organized and detail oriented

Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ø Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ø Team player with ability to be a team leader

Ø Verifiable references

Ø CISR, CIC and/or experience with AMS360 will be given special consideration

Ø Professional appearance and dress

This position also has the following physical requirements:

·         Pass drug screening test

·         Vision: Must be able to read reports and use computer

·         Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers, clients and company representatives

·         Must be able to communicate on the telephone

·         Walking:  Must be able to walk between multiple buildings on our premises while carrying armload of paper files (approximately 200’ )

·         Climbing stairs/Stooping/Kneeling

·         Lifting/Pulling/Pushing

·         Fingering/Grasping/Feeling
